Responsibilities of a field agent

Field agents serve assigned members within their territory, maintain a consultative relationship with households and councils, and schedule appointments at times that respect members’ availability.

Representative duties include:

  • Conducting financial reviews to evaluate existing insurance coverage and identified needs.
  • Presenting life insurance and annuity solutions appropriate to members’ family and financial objectives.
  • Providing ongoing service, including policy changes, billing inquiries, and related administrative support.
